How Do I Change My Email Address? (for Employers)

If you want to use a work email or change to a different email address, you are able to do so.
Note: You’re only able to do it if you can log in to your account.

Changing your email address

  1. On the Dashboard, click “My Account” on the left sidebar menu
  2. To proceed, click “Edit Account”
  3. On the Edit Account page, find the “Email” field.
  4. Provide the new email address you want to be associated with your account.
  5. Continue the process by clicking “Send OTP”.
  6. Find the OTP code sent over the new email that you want to use.
  7. Provide the OTP in the field to finalise.
