If you want to use a work email or change to a different email address, you are able to do so.
Note: You’re only able to do it if you can log in to your account.
Changing your email address
- On the Dashboard, to proceed, click “Edit Account” on the left side menu bar
- On the Edit Account page, find the “Email” field.
- Provide the new email address you want to be associated with your account.
- Continue the process by clicking “Send OTP”.
- Find the OTP code sent over the new email that you want to use.
Provide the OTP in the field to finalize.
