How Do I Add My Company Details So That Invoices Are In That Name

By default, if you didn't provide a Company Name in your profile, the automated staff salary invoices we send you will be under the name you provided in your profile. (e.g., "John Smith," instead of your company name, such as "John Smith, LLC" or "John Smith Marketing LTD."


Providing a company name is optional, but if you want your company name to be shown instead of your name with your VirtualStaff invoices, here's how you can do it.
 

Providing a company name in your profile

  1. Click the "My Account" on the left sidebar menu on your Dashboard.
  2. Proceed by clicking "Edit Account."
  3. Within the "Edit Account" page, provide the company name in the field under "Company Name (optional."
  4. To finalize the change, click the "Update Profile" button.
