How Billing and Invoices Work
- Subscription Charges: Billing for subscription plans is done at the beginning of each month. Charges are automatically applied based on the plan you selected.
- Invoicing: For each payment, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining your charges. You can access and download invoices directly from your VirtualStaff.ph account.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and your subscription will not renew for the following month.
