How to Cancel Your Subscription Plan

Canceling your subscription with VirtualStaff.ph is a simple and hassle-free process. Please note that canceling your subscription does not immediately remove your access. Your subscription benefits will remain active until the renewal date. Canceling simply ensures that your plan will not renew at the end of the billing cycle.

For VirtualStaff.ph Legacy Users:

1. Log in to your employer account.

2. Locate the bottom left-hand side of the dashboard and click on the three dots (ellipsis).

3. Click on "Your Profile."

4. Select "Cancel Subscription."

5. A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation.

6. Click "Yes, I understand and wish to cancel." to finalize your cancellation.

For New VirtualStaff.ph Users:

Closing a Job:

If you have completed the hiring process using our team builder and no longer require an active job posting, you can simply close the job. This will ensure that you are not charged further.

Terminating an Employee:

If you are subscribed to any of the following plans:

  • Independent Contractor Plan
  • Independent Contractor Plus Plan
  • EOR (Employer of Record) Plan

You will be billed at the beginning of each cycle. To stop the subscription charges, you must terminate the employee hired under these plans.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew for the following month.
