How to Change Your Password

Changing your password regularly is a good security practice to keep your account safe. It is recommended to update your password every 90 days to enhance account security. If you forget your password or simply want to update it, there are two ways to change it.

Method 1: Changing Your Password While Logged In

1. Go to your Dashboard.

2. Locate the bottom left sidebar and click the three dots (⋮).

3. Select “Your Profile”.

4. You will be directed to the Edit Profile page.

5. Find the “Change Password” section and click the pen icon next to it.

6. Enter your current password and then set a new password.

7. Click Save to apply the changes.


Method 2: Resetting Your Password When Logged Out

1. On the VirtualStaff.ph homepage, click the “Log In” button at the top right corner.

2. On the Log In page, click “Forgot Password”.

3. Enter the email address associated with your VirtualStaff.ph account and click “Reset Password”.

4. Check your email inbox for the Reset Password email.

5. Open the email and click the “Reset My Password” button.

6. You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.

7. Enter your new password, confirm it, and save the changes.

Your password is now updated, and you can log in using your new credentials. For added security, ensure your new password is strong by including a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
