How to Change Your Password (Employer)

Regularly updating your password—ideally every 90 days—is a good security practice. If you ever forget your password, you can easily reset it.

There are two ways to change your password:

If You Are Logged In:

  • On the left-hand side of the Dashboard, click the Ellipsis menu (three dots) and select “Your Profile.”

  • Scroll down to find the “Change Password” section.

  • Enter your current password, then type in your new password.
  • Re-enter the new password to confirm.
  • Click “Save” to finalize the change.

If You Are Not Logged In:

  • On the VirtualStaff.ph homepage, click the “Log In” button at the top right corner.
  • On the login page, click “Forgot Password”.

  • Enter the email address associated with your VirtualStaff account.

  • Check your email inbox for the Reset Password email. Click the link provided to reset your password.
