How to Edit or Close a Job Posting

Managing your job postings on VirtualStaff.ph is quick and easy. Whether you need to update job details or close a listing, you can do so directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to edit or close a job posting.

Editing a Job Posting

1. Log in to Your Account: Sign in to your VirtualStaff.ph employer account.

2. Navigate to the "Job Openings" Section: From your dashboard, locate and click on "Job Openings."

3. Scroll to "All Job Roles": Here, you'll see a list of all your active job postings.

4. Click on the Edit Icon: Find the job you want to modify and click on the pencil (edit) icon next to it.

5. Update Job Details: Make the necessary changes to the job post, such as job description, requirements, or salary details.

6. Save Changes: After editing, save the changes to update the job listing.

Closing a Job Posting

1. Log in to Your Account: Ensure you are signed in to your employer dashboard.

2. Go to "Job Openings": Click on the "Job Openings" tab.

3. Locate the Job Posting: Scroll through "All Job Roles" to find the job you want to close.

4. Use the Actions Tab: Click on the last dropdown menu under the "Actions" column.

5. Select "Close": Choose the "Close" option to deactivate the job post.

Once you close a job posting, it will no longer be visible to job seekers. However, you can always reopen or repost the job if needed.
