How to Message Applicants and Manage Conversations
Once you've created a job post, qualified and verified VirtualStaff talents will start applying. To learn more about an applicant or speed up communication, simply send them a message.
Whether you want to message talent who have applied to your job posts or communicate with your existing staff, you can do it effortlessly from your dashboard.
Reaching Out to an Applicant
- In your dashboard, navigate to the “Job Openings” section to view and manage your posted job listings.
- Go to the job post where you've received applications to review candidates and send messages.
- Check applications submitted by candidates and click on the “Message” button to start a conversation.
You'll be redirected to your inbox, where a chat thread with the applicant will open. From there, you can start messaging them or conduct an interview.
Managing Your Conversations
Simply click on the ‘chat’ icon in the top right corner to access all your messages.
When you click on “View All Messages,” you'll be directed to a screen displaying your full message list.
Simply click on the talent’s name from the left side list and start your conversation! You can message them, conduct video calls/interviews, and share files - all in one place.
