How to Message Potential Staff and Manage Conversations

Once you've created a role, qualified and verified VirtualStaff talents will start expressing interest. To learn more about an potential staff or speed up communication, simply send them a message.

Whether you want to message talent who have expresses interest to your role or communicate with your existing staff, you can do it effortlessly from your dashboard. 

Reaching Out to a Potential Staff

  • In your dashboard, navigate to the “Active Roles” section to view and manage your role listing.



  • Go to the opened role where you’ve received expressions of interest to review talents and send messages.



  • Check the talents who expressed interest and click on the “Message” button to start a conversation. 

You'll be redirected to your inbox, where a chat thread with the potential staff will open. From there, you can start messaging them or conduct an interview.

Managing Your Conversations

Simply click on the ‘chat’ icon in the top right corner to access all your messages.

  • You can maximize the page in order to see the full view of your inbox page.

When you click on “View All Messages,” you'll be directed to a screen displaying your full message list.

Simply click on the talent’s name from the left side list and start your conversation! You can message them, conduct video calls/interviews, and share files, even hire them from there - all in one place.
