How to Send a Job Offer to an Applicant
Step 1: Review Applicants
- In your dashboard, navigate to the “Job Openings” section to view and manage your posted job listings.
- Go to the job post where you've received applications to review candidates and send an offer.
- Check applications submitted by candidates and shortlist the most suitable ones and send an offer.
Step 2: Select how you want to onboard your staff
- You can hire staff through two options: the Independent Contractor Plans or the EOR Plan.
Independent Contractor Plans:
- Choose from two hiring plans: Independent Contractor and Independent Contractor Plus plan.
Define Employment Terms
- Specify job title, employment type, payment frequency, hourly rate, start date, and offer expiry date.
- Ensure all terms align with your expectations before proceeding.
Read the Contract
- Enter your business details (company name, address, etc.).
- Review the contract carefully before signing.
Finalize the Contract and Send Job Offer
- Click "Send Offer" to officially extend the job offer to the candidate.
Employee With Benefits:
With the Employer of Record (EOR) plan, we take care of all formal employment responsibilities. This includes payroll, benefits, compliance, and legal protection, enabling you to seamlessly hire and manage full-time employees in the Philippines without the need to set up a local entity.
- Select the plan and click “Continue” to proceed with hiring under the EOR plan.
Enter Job Offer Details
- In the next step, enter key job offer details, including the agreed monthly salary, expected start date, and offer expiration date. As you input the salary, a detailed breakdown of the total cost, including benefits, will be displayed on the right side.
Review and Sign the Contract
- Enter your business details (company name, address, etc.).
- Review the contract carefully before signing.
Finalize the Contract and Send Job Offer
- Review all the details and click "Send Offer" to officially extend the job offer to the candidate.
