How to Send a Staff Offer to Talents

Step 1: Review Staff Options

  • In your dashboard, navigate to the “Active Roles” section to view and manage your open roles. 

  • Go to the created role to review talents who expressed interest and send an offer. Click 'Potential Staff' to see all interested professionals.
  • Check the talents' profiles, shortlist the most suitable ones and send an offer.

Step 2: Team Seat Plan

  • To hire staff, use the Team Seat Plan. You’ll need an available seat to continue. If no seats are available, please add one first.

Define Employment Terms

  • Specify role title, employment type, payment frequency, hourly rate, start date, and offer expiry date.
  • Ensure all terms align with your expectations before proceeding.

Read the Contract

  • Enter your business details (company name, address, etc.).
  • Review the contract carefully before signing.

Finalize the Contract and Send Staff Offer

  • Click "Hire Staff" to officially extend the staff offer to the talent .
