VirtualStaff.ph calculates the correct amount (including FX and processing) and handles the payment to your local bank in PHP.

Staff get the full PHP salary they agreed on, with no deductions from their PHP salary invoice. The virtualStaff rate that converts to the local currency of the employer is inclusive of FX, Payroll processing, Payment Processing, and Transfer fees, everything to ensure it’s hassle free, fair, and adheres to Philippines standards and norms.
