To get a refund you must email support@virtualstaff.ph for a refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase.

TERMS OF REFUND
1. It must be within 30 days of purchase.

2. It is only applicable to your first purchase. Refunds are not available for users who forgot to cancel the subscription renewal. 

3. To get a refund, you must email support@virtualstaff.ph with the email subject "Refund Request", and the email must be send to us within 30 days of your initial purchase.
