Can Employers get a refund if they do not want to continue the Subscription?

At VirtualStaff.ph, we provide transparency and fairness regarding our subscription services.
Please read the following carefully to understand our refund policy:

1. Subscriptions:

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, as all users are provided with a 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform’s features and services.

  • By signing up for the free trial, you agree that if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be billed according to your chosen subscription plan (monthly or yearly).
  • Once the trial period has ended, no refunds will be issued for any subscriptions.

2. Subscription Renewals:

  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
  • Renewals occur automatically based on your selected plan unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your VirtualStaff.ph account.
  • Alternatively, if you need assistance, you can contact our support team by emailing support@virtualstaff.ph.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use the platform. Failure to cancel before the billing or renewal date will result in charges, and no refunds will be provided for these charges.
