How to Cancel Your Subscription?

Cancelling your current subscription is straightforward and hassle-free.
(Please note: You will not lose your subscription access once you cancel your subscription. Your access will last until the renewal date. Cancelling subscription basically means you won’t get renewed once your renewal date comes.)

 
  1. Login to your employer account. On sidebar menu, go to My Account and choose “Edit Profile”
    Alternatively, you can go here: https://app.virtualstaff.ph/employer/profile

  2. Scroll-down and go to the Subscription Settings section. Choose “Update Plan”

  3. A pop-up will appear for you to confirm if you want to keep the subscription or proceed to cancel it. Choose “Yes, I understand and wish to cancel” to confirm that you will proceed to cancel the subscription.
