Here's how talents can send photos for Verification
- Go to Dashboard
- At the bottom left sidebar of your dashboard, click the 3 dots
- Click 'Your Profile'
- It will direct you to your 'Edit Profile' page
For rejected verification and was advised to retry:
Below the Verification status, click the underlined 'please click here to try again'.
Select the Government ID type you will be uploading then proceed to upload one photo of your Government ID and one photo of yourself holding the exact ID on the two boxes. Click 'Save and Update' once done.
