What Is a Seat?
A seat gives you access to the full hiring, onboarding, and staff management capabilities inside VirtualStaff.ph. Each seat allows you to:
- Post a job role
- Interview and message candidates
- Hire and onboard one Filipino staff member
- Run payroll and manage compliance
- Use built-in contracts, HR tools, and admin support
Think of it as your virtual desk for one team member. You can hire part-time or full-time — it’s your choice.
Billed Monthly From Date of Purchase
- Your subscription renews every month on the same calendar day as your original purchase date.
- Example: If you bought a seat on April 10, the next charge will be on May 10.
Seats Renew Automatically
- Seats renew automatically each month — even if unused — until cancelled.
- You’re billed monthly regardless of whether the seat is actively used or not.
Adding More Seats? It’s Pro-Rated
- If you add additional seats mid-billing cycle, you’ll only be charged for the remaining days in that cycle.
- From the next month onward, all seats will renew together on the same billing date.
Example:
- Buy 1 seat on April 10
- Add a second seat on April 20
- You’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the second seat (April 20–May 10)
- On May 10, both seats renew at the full $99 each

Step-by-Step: How Hiring Works
1. Create Job Roles
- Once you have an active seat, go to your dashboard and click “Add Role”
- You can open unlimited roles — there’s no cap on how many jobs you can post
- All roles are reviewed to maintain platform quality and protect against scams
- Most roles begin receiving applicants within a few hours
2. Send a Job Offer
- When you find a candidate you want to hire:
- Send them a job offer via the platform
- This action will use one of your available seats
- That seat is now occupied until the staff member is offboarded or removed
3. Hire and Manage
- You manage the staff’s daily work
- We handle backend admin tools like invoicing, timesheets, and contracts
- Staff submit weekly salary invoices through the platform
