'Insufficient Funds' Error in Free Trial Checkout Page

During the checkout process for our 7-day free trial, you may encounter the following error message:
"Your credit card was declined because of insufficient funds. Try paying with a debit card instead."

To avail of our 7-day free trial, we require employers to provide card details with sufficient funds corresponding to the subscription plan they have chosen, either Monthly or Yearly. This is a standard procedure to ensure the validity of the payment method and to facilitate a seamless transition to a paid subscription after the trial period.

Ways to Solve:
  • Check Card Balance:
  1. Ensure that your credit card has sufficient funds to cover the amount corresponding to the chosen subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly).
  2. If the funds are insufficient, consider using a different card or replenishing the current card's balance.
  • Use a different Credit Card or Debit Card:
  1. If your credit card is declined, you can try using another credit card you have or use a debit card instead. Make sure the debit card also has sufficient funds to cover the subscription plan amount.
  • Contact Your Bank:
  1. Sometimes, card issuers may block transactions due to security reasons. Contact your bank to ensure that the transaction is allowed.
  • Update Card Information:
  1. Double-check the card details entered (card number, expiration date, and CVV) to ensure they are correct.

Why We Require Sufficient Funds:

While the trial itself is free, the requirement for sufficient funds ensures that:
  • The payment method is valid and active.
  • There is a seamless transition to the paid subscription if you decide to continue using our services after the trial period.
  • Any issues related to card validation are identified and resolved at the beginning, avoiding future disruptions.
