Browser Compatibility: Internet Explorer and other legacy browsers will no longer be supported for payment processing.

We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding payment processing on our platform.
Currently, we use Stripe as our trusted and reliable partner for handling payments.

Starting from June 26, 2023, Stripe will no longer support payment processing on Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or other legacy browsers. This means that if you visit VirtualStaff.ph using Internet Explorer (IE11) or any other outdated browser, you will no longer be able to check out or make payments using Stripe.

Why Stripe has made this decision?

The reason is that Microsoft is no longer supporting IE11 and plans to permanently disable it for certain customers in 2023. While we expect the usage of IE11 to decrease over time, we still recommend taking proactive measures to ensure that all our customers can continue to check out seamlessly on our site.

Why Stripe is no longer supporting older browsers in general?

Similar to IE11, the oldest versions of browsers like Chrome and Firefox do not receive security updates and lack critical features required to build modern payment experiences. To ensure the best support for both you and your customers, it is highly recommended to use recent browser versions.

In some cases, maintaining compatibility with older devices may require upgrading to newer hardware.
This will not only enhance the browsing experience but also ensure that you can fully benefit from the features and security measures offered by modern browsers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
