Talents don’t need to add an audio introduction to their profile. Some users might choose to add it, and others might not.
Don’t worry. You can easily message and call applicants from inside VirtualStaff.ph. You can also schedule interviews before sending them a job offer.
If the applicant or talent has added an audio intro to their profile, you can see it by simply clicking their profile.
