We’re committed to providing an exceptional platform experience, which is why we offer a 7-day free trial to new users. 
However, to ensure fairness and protect the incredible talent on our platform, the free trial is limited to one per customer.

Why Only One Free Trial?

The 7-day free trial is a fantastic way to get familiar with the platform, but it’s important to note that it’s available only once per customer.

Our Refund Policy

While we don't offer refunds for subscriptions, as Employer users are provided with a 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform’s features and services before committing.

  • If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be billed according to your chosen subscription plan (monthly or yearly), and no refunds will be issued.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable as well. Renewals will occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
