Aside from being able to search through the thousand talent profiles available in VirtualStaff, you are able to have a better reference to each talents by being able to view their resumes.
(Note: We don’t require talents to upload their resumes in their profiles. The feature is completely optional but it definitely adds value if they do.)
Viewing a resume
- Go to the profile of a talent or worker you want to check their resume.
- Click the “Download Resume” button from their profile.
- Once you have downloaded the file, you can open it and view the resume file that the talent or staff have chosen to upload in their VirtualStaff profiles.
