Yes. Aside from being able to chat with a talent or worker, our chat platform supports file attachments as well, so you can send files such as PDFs, documents, or images hassle-free.
Sending files in chat
- On the Dashboard, click the Inbox icon (message blob).
- Inside your inbox, choose the specific talent/staff you want to send a file with.
- Once you’re in the main chat box of the recipient, click the Attachment icon (icon of a clip)
- A file explorer window will show and go over your folders and files and choose the specific file you want to send.
- After you choose a file and confirm, send the message to send the file to the talent/staff.
